Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Departure Time: 07:00 AM
Distance: Approx. 270 km | 5–6 hours

Activities:

Pick-up from Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
Drive through the Great Rift Valley with a scenic stop at the escarpment.
Arrive at Maasai Mara around midday.
Lunch at your lodge/camp.
Afternoon game drive to see the park’s rich wildlife: elephants, zebras, giraffes, and possibly lions and cheetahs.

Meals: Lunch & Dinner
Accommodation: Tented camp or lodge inside/near Maasai Mara

Day 2: Full Day in Maasai Mara

Activities:

After early breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with picnic lunch.
Explore the plains and rivers for sightings of the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo.
Visit the Mara River to see crocodiles and hippos (migration season: July–Oct).
Optional: Visit a traditional Maasai village for cultural interaction ($ extra).

Accommodation: Same lodge/camp in Maasai Mara

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Nairobi

Departure Time: 06:30 AM
Distance: Approx. 270 km | 5–6 hours

Activities:

Optional early morning game drive before breakfast.
Check-out and depart for Nairobi.
Stop for lunch en route.
Drop-off at your hotel or JKIA airport for onward travel.

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
Accommodation: Not included (end of safari)
